Less straight forward and stripped of the 4/4 rhythms that characterize some of Najera's later work, "Dream Fields" floats at a sleepy pace, set by ricocheting guitar patterns, soft microphone thumps, and lowly synths churning in the background. It's a special thing, makes me wonder if there is more where this came from. Another Jungle Gym highlight!
